Jeff Faust Speaks on Valuing Stock Compensation Under Sect. 409A

Faust has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, and over 15 years in business valuations. He previously founded a management consulting practice, spent three years as a valuation analyst at an ESOP consulting firm, and founded a stock option software company. Faust has personally performed thousands of valuations in a variety of industries and for companies in all stages of development.
