Yisroel Rabinowitz

With more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, Yisroel Rabinowitz is a seasoned expert in commercial and residential properties. Since 1982, he has been actively involved in the purchase and management of office buildings, mixed-use properties, and residential development. Currently, Mr. Rabinowitz manages his extensive real estate portfolio through his company, Universal Enterprise LLC, which oversees rent collection, leasing, commercial lease negotiations, and vendor contracts.


Beyond real estate, Mr. Rabinowitz is an accomplished entrepreneur and owner of the Bridge Healing Arts Center, a wellness center that he founded in 2016. Located in Farmington, CT, the center boasts over 26,000 square feet of leased office space for more than 50 independent practitioners, as well as a range of unique rooms available for rent. The center also doubles as an event venue, having hosted successful small- to medium-sized events. In recognition of his entrepreneurial success, Mr. Rabinowitz received the 2020 New Business of the Year Award from the Farmington Economic Development Commission.
