Best Amusement Parks to Visit This Fall

Summer is over and vacation season has come to an end, but that doesn’t mean you won’t have any future opportunities for a getaway this fall. There are some great places you can visit if you’re looking for a little break from the ordinary this fall, including numerous exciting amusement parks. Even though the weather might not be as warm, fall is a great time to go, because many of these parks are a lot less crowded, than they are during the summer.

Need a Fall Breather?

From famous theme parks to indoor water parks, you’ve got dozens of options if you want to get away for the weekend, or just take a few days off for some family fun.

Dells Water Parks, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin

This city located in southern Wisconsin is home to numerous waterparks, including Noah’s Ark, the largest water park in the country. It also features both indoor and outdoor parks. So even though it’s fall you can still enjoy some great water slides.

Knotts Berry Farm, Anaheim, California

Come for the candy and stay for the roller coasters and water park. This park was originally created for employees of the nearby Hershey Chocolate factory but now millions enjoy the park every year.

Disneyland, Anaheim, California

Of course, speaking of Disney, a great time is always waiting to be had at the house of mouse. The weather is usually perfect during the fall and the park is not nearly as crowded, making fall a wonderful time to experience the happiest place on earth.

Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio

Knoebels, Elysburg, Pennsylvania

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly park head to Knoebels, which offers free admittance and parking. Nostalgic visitors will enjoy the old-fashioned feel to this park.

The American Dreams show was the brainchild of Alan Olsen, CPA, MBA. It was originally created to fill a specific need; often inexperienced entrepreneurs lacked basic information about raising capital and how to successfully start a business.

Alan sincerely wanted to respond to the many requests from aspiring entrepreneurs asking for the information and introductions they needed. But he had to find a way to help in which his venture capital clients and friends would not mind.

The American Dreams show became the solution, first as a radio show and now with YouTube videos as well. Always respectful of interview guest’s time, he’s able to give access to individuals information and inspiration previously inaccessible to the first-time entrepreneurs who need it most.

They can listen to venture capitalists and successful business people explain first-hand, how they got to where they are, how to start a company, how to overcome challenges, how they see the future evolving, opportunities, work-life balance and so much more..

American Dreams discusses many topics from some of the world’s most successful individuals about their secrets to life’s success. Topics from guest have included:

Creating purpose in life / Building a foundation for their life / Solving problems / Finding fulfillment through philanthropy and service / Becoming self-reliant / Enhancing effective leadership / Balancing family and work…
