Looking for the world’s 50-best places to eat?  In an attempt to offer a small ray of hope to those thinking about when life returns to normal, we thought some of our readers might find a 50-best restaurants article hopeful.

Why this article now?

This article was updated during the COVID-19 pandemic…   Now that certain areas are beginning to allow limited travel and outdoor dining, many are planning vacations and looking for some of the best dining experiences from around the world. However, for those with a more distinguished food palate and the ability to dine in locations around the globe, these have been identified as some of the best restaurants in the world.
