I’m sure along the way there are things that you learned that really worked well. And what would you say the the most successful factors are if you could eliminate the two to two factors that help really help the organization grow and thrive, what would it be

instilling in the employees that the customer is always right? Even if you knew damn well, he’s wrong. That was the attitude that they were all to take if they want to remain an employee of the Orvis company. And the fact is, most people are on us. And if you start making rules for those that are not honest, you’re gonna hurt the growth of the company.

Alan is managing partner at Greenstein, Rogoff, Olsen & Co., LLP, (GROCO) and is a respected leader in his field. He is also the radio show host to American Dreams. Alan’s CPA firm resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and serves some of the most influential Venture Capitalist in the world.
