Mazi: Our business model is feeding the children, feeding the world and taking care of our planet. Everybody is in the search of the most the truly the most sustainable raw material that we can find on Earth to feed the world, we were searching for the right product to relieve the over 5 million children that are dying from acute malnutrition around the world. So we were in the search of making coming up with the main ingredient that we can put into this product that we can feed these children and save them. Now the world is made up almost 75 to 80% water, and we feed the earth on less than 10% of this surface. It is not sustainable. That’s why animal land based animal protein manufacturing is not sustainable. That’s why vegetable based protein manufacturing is not sustainable, because we just simply do not have enough water. You don’t have enough pesticides, we don’t have enough land to feed the rest of the world and the growing population on Earth. So we have to tap into this 75% that we’re barely scratching the surface. Now people talk about fish, they’re talking about, oh, you’re overfishing the oceans and, you know, so forth. You know, that is a myth. Because the type of fish that most people like to see on the dinner table is halibuts and salmons and those that sort of fish, the type of fish we’re talking about the type that you never even see, most of the time. They’re small, called logic sustainable fish. They’re actually certified in the certification for sustainability. These are the most sustainable resources are are that are on earth, and they’re plentiful. It’s just a passion that I have. And it gets me to wake up in the morning and gets me going all day long. And it’s just this passion runs in my blood.
